National 12 available for free to a new home. It has been kept in dry storage at the Burnham Overy Boathouse in Norfolk since the 1970s and is in very good condition. It is complete with mast, sails, cover and buoyancy. The 12ft, clinker, dinghy (N1488) was designed by one of Britain’s leading boat designers, Mark Proctor and is beautifully crafted.  The accompanying photo shows an almost identical Proctor Mark VI dinghy under sail, and the actual dinghy is depicted in the dry storage photo.
