Thanks to Jennie and Bernard, and the team at Ripon. An excellent well run event. Probably the most challanging conditions we have ever sailed in, but satisfying none the less to get to the end of the day intact!
Be there next year for sure.

It has just been posted!. Well done Paul, sailed immaculately during the day in what at times was very wet!
Many thanks also to Olton Mere for hosting the day, I think despite the weather everyone had a great time!

I can see where where you are going on this...personally given the amount of weed in the water this year, I think the current maximum length is plenty long enough. Anything too long only serves to grind you to a halt!>:(>:(

That was very eagle eyed of you.
Perhaps this is the way to go, I wonder if there are any pics of it in a force 6 with spinny up??

Hi,

When I sailed 12s in 79-82, the handicap for both N12 and Ents was 118, and that was when sail numbers were before the Crusader era. Seem to recall new sail numbers then were 3000-3100 ish.

Think Steve is not too far off the mark

Might be easier to say what is not included, eg clinkers(?) and any more recent designs. What's left must be the planked or pseudo (GRP) planked.....  Would you include 3 plankers?? I used to own one of them!

I think sails and boat don't match. The pictures on ebay look like something other than a China doll.
More like a early Proctor
