I've just seen on the Yachts and Yachting website that Graham and Sam came 2nd and Antony and Katie 8th - many congratulations - it's great publicity and recognition for the class!

'working away' - is that what you call sailing around the med now helm?!! if so i'm rather liking this idea of work and might get myself a job!! :-p

And if not, what's the smallest size? (I seem to remember the 70th anniversary clothing coming up rather large . . . )

Grazz, can i give you a ring about this on Sunday evening? I've got a free day duing the next week, so can have a look at stopping this. Either by looking at adding some sort of CAPTCHA support (obscured letters/numbers you have to put in to post) or cook up something.

Being the crew I'd be happy too as I'm from the SW, but equally I have thoroughly enjoyed doing the Thames area circuit this year for the first time, so I'd love to see Spinnaker and any other venues people wish to suggest as a bi-area meetings.

(Not sure that it matters, but I've noticed that the BBC weather forecasts class Southampton and Bournemouth as being in the South/South West . . . )

A few disorganised crews and helms as yet havent booked any accomodation for Burton week, opps!
I'm just wondering where everyone is staying and if anyone knows if there are any self catering cottages etc within walking distance to the sailing club.

Any help would be much appreciated   !

Hehehe, pleased to hear about the straight burgee (otherwise i think people might gather the state of our - or rather the crews, sailing technique!!!).

No comment regarding the gym, except that my kit is still in the car from when i was supposed to go running before sailing at spinnaker . . . opps!!!
