Well... I have applied petrol to me motor, removed the winter bits from my bike (although I don't deserve my summer wheels and carbon forks.... so tey are staying orf..).
Bets can be placed on how long it will take a fat bloke to get to the top of that there hill.... if I make it at all....

Can I endorse the Roly Mo comments and big it up for all the organisers at Solway Yacht Club for all they did for us over the weekend. They even produced better weather than a lot of folks had in England. Had I known that I would have taken the works van and sold ice creams to all and sundry after the races
