Burton Week Accommodation offered:

Accommodation available only 10 minutes walk from the Weymouth and Portland National Sailing Academy

Location, Fortuneswell, Portland, Postcode DT5 1JU

Victorian terrace, 3-bedrooms, sleeps 6 (double, twin and adult bunks).
Centrally heated and completely refurbished and all new equipment
Spacious through lounge with 2 x leather sofas, digital TV, DVD, radio, CD etc. Dining table seats 6
Well appointed kitchen with Zanussi double oven and Bosch washing machine and dish-washer
Large bathroom (bigger than bedrooms) with walk-in shower plus bath with shower over
Small garden with decked area and tables and chairs.
Access to garden from back lane to enable bicycles and wet gear to be brought in and means of securing bicycles for safety
Additions include: books, local info, high-chair and travel cot if required
Parking is on the road right outside the house. There is also a car-park at the end of the road which is free for 72 hours.

A special Friday to Friday let is available for Burton Week (its normally a Saturday change-over peak times)
at a cost of £465 for the house for the week.  Price includes gas, electricity and bedding

Long-weekend let could be available (Fri - Tues)- but only in the last 2 weeks before the date of the Burton if property
is not already booked.

The new owners of the above property have just contacted me to say they would be happy to rent the house out for the long Burton weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday nights) for £345.
