Scaling Dam Open Meeting

 Seven boats at Scaling Dam last weekend, my first 12 open meeting. We managed a third in the last race but only because one of the fast guys fell in! Had a good tussle with Squidgy Bits in two out of the three. Finished fourth overall....well pleased. Think we might do some more opens soon. ( Really must join the Association !!).  Thanks to the travellers for making the day, we'd have been thin on the ground otherwise.   Pete
