uploading pictures

hi guys im trying to upload pictures of my restored n 12 how do i reduce the size as when i try it says there to big cheers

open them in windows paint if you don't have a better program, then resize them using the button showing and reduce by percentatge ... depending on how big they are. You are limited to 256k per upload on the 12 site I think.
