I am going to make a new rudder blade for my new 12 could some one recomend me a good shape for a small lake sailed boat. I was thinking of basing it on the RS300 (RS600 also the same blade) rudder blade but making it a little bit smaller. what do people think

Cheers

They are a good shape, if a little on the fat side for 12's. I think they are thicker for engineering purposes... My brother actually had a cut down 600 foil on his boat at one point, and while it weighed a ton, it worked ok.

Good luck

I had an RS200 one on a Design 8 once.  It weighed a ton and wasn't very good; had a nasty wobble at speed and would stall out without warning on a reach. >:(
get a Mungral up ya! :o
