[font=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Destined for Bonfire Night 2022. [font=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]From John Chalker - "I was offered 1789 free of charge as a light restoration? [font=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Unfortunately when Lew Jones dragged her out of storage things weren't looking too good. [font=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Stickers indicate she was at Chew Valley at some point before ending up in east Suffolk. [font=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Sadly extensive rot has reduced the keel, hog and garboards to compost. The better parts aren't much better. [font=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Anything salvageable has been set aside before bonfire night comes around." |
