Comments from owner 1969-1973 Bryan Storey Bought first 12 in 1969 from Colin Davidson of Int 14 fame. N2165 Proctor 11a Pale blue & a bit tippy, but I had never sailed & could barely swim but learnt quickly!!Sailed regularly at Derwent Reservoir S.C. & as with all subsequent 12s at every Bassenthwaite Regatta & local Meetings. Not a notably fast design but OK for a novice. Sold in '73 to DRSC member |
