Event ProgramEvents have been carefully selected to provide some of the best venues throughout the country for both sailing and socials. The calendar has been prepared to offer a broad geographical spread - the popularity of National Twelve sailing across the whole of the country means a certain amount of travel will always be necessary, however, it does offer the opportunity to meet new people, sail at new venues and share the enjoyment of sailing Twelves will others. The start and finish times of events have also been planned to make the events as convenient as possible for those travelling. The event program for 2003 is as follows. QualificationQualification for the series is defined in the appendix to the sailing instructions. Each event will be run under the standard sailing instruction of the host club and this linked appendix.
PrizesGill have continued their support for the series and are again offering some excellent prizes. There will be prizes at individual events and for the overall competition for all fleets. Details can be found in the attached page: Prizes.pdf Gill have also presented a new trophy to the class for the series. It is a half model of a Numinous.
Seminar ScheduleIn addition an informative seminar schedule has been planned for the Series. Each event will have a 30 minute (approximate) seminar on a topic of general interest presented by some of the best sailors in the fleet. This is your chance to listen to and pick up tips from best.
